Very yummy served with polenta!

1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
seasoned salt to taste

1. Preheat a grill for high heat.

2. In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke and garlic powder. Form into 3 patties, handling the meat minimally. Brush both sides of each patty with some oil, and season with seasoned salt.

3. Place the patties on the grill grate, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.

**I did this on an indoor, stove top grill**

Serve with chips

Thursday - Quick and Easy Pizza 3/25

found at

1 (1 pound) package Bob Evans® Zesty Hot Sausage Roll
1 (12 inch) prepared pizza crust
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried basil leaves
1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried oregano

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a large skillet, over medium heat, brown the sausage until cooked through, using a wooden spoon to break up the sausage. Remove from heat and drain off fat.

Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet.

Stir together the tomato sauce, basil, and oregano. Spread tomato sauce evenly over pizza. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over tomato sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden. Cut into wedges to serve.

I would serve this with chips also.
