Sunday - 5 Day Meal Planner 3/21

Monday: Lemon Pepper Dill Fish
Tuesday: Chicken-Noodle Parmesan
Wednesday: Delicious Grilled Hamburgers
Thursday: Quick and Easy Pizza
Friday: Simple Tuna Melts

I will assume you have olive oil, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cheese slices, mustard, milk, grated parmesan, pepper, dried basil, dried oregano, ½ cup butter, dried dill, lemon pepper and lemon juice.

From the grocery:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound haddock fillets
3 big chicken breasts
1 roll of your favorite uncooked sausage
1 prepackaged pizza crust
1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 onion
Liquid smoke flavoring
Pickled jalapeƱos
Polenta (in a box or already made)
1 can condensed cream of chicken and broccoli soup
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
2 6ounce cans of tuna
Egg Noodles
Hamburger buns
4 English Muffins

On Sunday night go ahead and cook the chicken breasts for Tuesday. Just bake then in the oven at 350 for 30 or so minutes until there is no more pink left in them.
