Sunday - 5 Day Meal Planner 3/14

Monday: Grilled Tilapia with Smoked Paprika and Parmesan Polenta
Tuesday: Beef Tips
Wednesday: Tarragon Chicken
Thursday: Easy Cheesy Barbecued Sloppy Joes
Friday: Easy Chinese Stir-Fry

I will assume you have noodles, milk, salt, grated parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, cooking spray, cheese slices and rice.

From the store:
2lbs lean chuck roast
1 pound pork tenderloin
1 pound ground beef
4 6 ounce tilapia fillets
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cottage cheese
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 lemon
1 garlic clove
2 green onions
2 carrots
Fresh tarragon
2 large baking potatoes
Quick cooking polenta
Smoked paprika
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Hoisin Sauce
Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Sprite or 7 Up
4 hamburger buns
1 bag of your favorite chips

On Sunday night you could chop what you will need for the week but don't feel like you have to since it is easy enough to do later.
