Monday - Creamy Pesto Fish 3/8

Ingredients:
4 frozen haddock fillets (1 lb.) (Do not thaw)
1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
2 Tbsp. pesto
1 tomato, chopped

Directions:
Make It!

HEAT oven to 450°F.

PLACE fish in 13x9-inch baking dish.

MIX dressing and pesto; spread onto fish. Top with tomatoes.

BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork

Perfect with a side of pasta with either pesto or tomato sauce!
